    Walk through Downscale Crossing or financial district or North Station area…probably rate is much higher. I do believe the 44 percent number. Some closures may be temporary…but a frightful number will not be back.

    Spent a lot of my youth in Rozzie Square. Rialto Theater, Smiling Sam’s records, Vanilla Coke at the 5 @ 10. Was really a great place back then.

    Just my opinion. The vast amount of new construction there makes for a stunning skyline. Some interesting new buildings as well. With dozens more to come…am sure there will be gems in the bunch.
