Eli Lilly IGM | 15 Necco Street | Fort Point

Forget whether anyone (maybe me) has made this comparison yet, but this reminds me a lot of the BASF building in Berlin. https://live.staticflickr.com/3589/3668540192_1015227aa9_b.jpg I mean this as a compliment!

the pru been looming over fenway since the 60s tho.. If a green wall is really what people need, paint the new building on Landsdowne the special “green monster” shade of green and be done with it.

Alexandra Hotel Renovation | 1769 Washington St | Roxbury

+1. My aunt grew up on Mission Hill and will say in the same breathe that she spent her childhood in Roxbury. Her family would go to Dudley for shopping. However at some point Mission Hill became its own thing presumably as a branding/PR move post-orange line realignment.

Mildred Hailey (Bromley Heath) BHA Redevelopment | Jackson Square | Jamaica Plain

This complex is right up against the Southwest Corridor, so in a sense this was always destined to be “tower-in-the-park” -esque.

Walked from DTX to Park yesterday through the connector and found it strange that all the walls are lined with fences. Anyone know what’s up with that? It made the stretch kinda ugly.

City Hall Plaza Revamp | Government Center

They should put a bunch of picnic tables in this space! Why wouldn't you put stock in the anecdotes of a person who lives within walking distance of the plaza and spends time in it weekly? Not to mention we have plenty of photos like the one I quoted above that show how empty the plaza is at a...

Amazon Office II/SeaPAC | 1 Boston Wharf Rd. (Seaport Sq Parcel L5) | Seaport

I dunno. I don’t think there’s anything inherently wrong with a person bringing an animal or a small child to work. They would just need to be able to do so in a way where said animal/child would never have the opportunity to disturb a coworker, and admittedly most modern offices I’ve worked at...
