    BCEC expansion | Seaport

There are always people using this park. 100's at a time infact. Seems they have something going every night of the week. Bands, DJs, etc. I can't believe how popular it's become in such a short time. I was actually IN the park for the first time 2 weekends ago. I was very impressed. Looking...

    Re: Waterside Place | 505 Congress Street | Seaport Can't imagine they're moving all that quick. $3,500 a month for a 717 sq ft 1 bedroom? http://units.realtydatatrust.com/unitavailability.aspx?ils=6336&fid=90780

    BCEC expansion | Seaport

They've been doing work on the crossing signals on Cypher St, so seems it's still moving forward. It's too bad they aren't planning to extend down to Black Falcon terminal though.

101 Seaport Blvd (PwC) | Parcel L1@Seaport Sq. | Seaport

Re: 101 Seaport Blvd (PwC)/parcel L1@Seaport Sq./Seaport I remember reading Southie neighbors were opposed to any sort of height on the W 1st end of the convention center. That's why it slopes upward toward Summer St.

Kowloon still packs them in, and won't be going anywhere anytime soon. I believe Prince still does brisk business as well, but haven't been in there in a few years. Hilltop probably should've opened a comedy club.

That sidewalk seems almost dangerously narrow considering the traffic volume on Essex St.

Re: Pier 4 Residential Tower | 136-146 Northern Avenue | Seaport No to mention it's a 10-15 minute walk. Not sure why anyone would bother driving in the first place.

Anyone hear an update on the passenger trains that were going to the BCEC to Copley? I noticed they were doing some work on the crossing signals at Cypher St and the access road earlier this week.

    Downtown Crossing/Financial District | Discussion

It's been at least a couple years now. And I don't think it was due to lack of business. They had problems with the usual drunken shenanigans, lost their liquor lic a few times, and eventually the city said 'no more'.

Fort Point Infill and Small Developments

I walked past the building last night, and they had spotlights shining into the building from the street to assist I'm assuming fire and cleanup crews. Anyway, I had a pretty good view inside the of first few floors, and the columns looks to be in good shape. At least the columns toward the...
