Re: Charles River Skatepark I remember the first time i read about this I was in my mid 20's, and even though I hadn't skated in about 10 years, I was thinking I'd pick up a deck and check it out. Now looks like it will be completed just prior to my 41st birthday. Such a waste.

It would be nice to see the entertainment/liqueur lic extended to 4am for the Seaport. Especially now with a potential casino coming.

I was in William's Tavern a couple Saturdays ago and the owner was commenting how much the foot traffic has increased on A St over the past year. Unfortunately for him I don't think any of the newbie's are stopping in.

Does anyone know, have there been any talks of developing the large lot next to The Cornerstone?

I walked past yesterday and nothing has changed on the site. The Quiet Man as well as the parking lot are still there. And I second the grocery store.
