    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

I'm pretty sure a massive amount of the working public work in some form of cubicle. Unless these cubicles are significantly smaller than a traditional cubicle, I don't get what their gripe is.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 The Accordia proposal looks less green in these renderings which is a huge plus. I think the actual building was probably intended to be this way since the beginning, but they just needed to soften up the color a...

Pierce Boston (née The Point )| Boylston St/Brookline Av | Fenway

That high-up shot looking back into the city is really cool. Seeing just how built-up this neighborhood has become in the last few years is amazing. It went from wasteland (relatively speaking) to hotspot in a decade.

Canvas - Mixed Use Tower (old Felt location) | 533 Washington St | Downtown Crossing

Yea, ParksLover appears to be one of the main harassers on that site. Funny that he called you a "geezer with foggy thinking"...geezers usually aren't too pro-development as far as I know.

    Taj Boston for Sale

Hopefully they'll do the right thing and convert this into affordable housing.

Oh those comments are so good. So so so so good. My favorite part is that whenever there is a pro-development commenter, people accuse them of being a spy for a developer, or on the take somehow. Are any of you guys Tosh33? He's very, very popular on that site.

The Ipswich | 2 Charlesgate West | Fenway

Re: 2 Charlesgate West Very true...I suppose despite baseball not being what it once was (I personally don't think the decline is overblown), the Red Sox are still extremely wealthy and that will always carry weight. I should have better deciphered what I think is fair, and how things...

The Ipswich | 2 Charlesgate West | Fenway

Re: 2 Charlesgate West Yes, that stadium. This is a block or two away, so why should a sports team--even one as influential as the Red Sox--get to decide what gets built in a neighborhood which they operate out of 81 times per year? Especially considering that the tone of the thread suggests...

The Ipswich | 2 Charlesgate West | Fenway

Re: 2 Charlesgate West I can't see the Red Sox having enough power to block this. 10-15 years ago it would have been possible to entertain the idea, but baseball is dying fast and its influence is going with it. I can't imagine the city rejecting approval for a project due to the "historic...

Yea, I've been in there a few times and thought it was pretty good considering it was half bank.

    Limited-service Hotel Project | 73 Essex St | Chinatown

I thought that same exact thing. This project isn't good enough to warrant destroying the building that's already there.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 Despite it being an unpopular choice now, I still like the new Accordia proposal. I think the massing is really cool, but I do agree that the green is really weird. If they could subdue how green it is, I'd like it a...

    Downtown Crossing/Financial District | Discussion

I may be mistaken, but I thought UDG rents their space from St.A's Shrine. Yea, that Verizon would be perfect for development. I always thought about the 7-Eleven across the street from the aforementioned CVS would work as some sort of skinny tower.

That would be one of the best imaginable locations IMO. I've always dreamt of that garage being turned into something awesome.
