Thread should be renamed since there is new news but no place to discuss.
Article says he's already spent $8m on various designs. I would assume at that point you have at least a ballpark figure of what several iterations of the project is going to cost based on adjusting the various metrics.

Out of left field here but what about playing at alumni stadium at BC until they have their own? The neighborhood would have a collective heart attack but at least it's on some transit.

I can't find anything on google, but I did hear from someone a while back that edmunds sunk into the ground much more than planned when first constructed.
