Bldup.com is reporting that wework will lease space in phase 1 for a new shared work space. Also Livenation will be developing a music venue in some of the retail.

I always find the white precast to look god awful against the very common Boston overcast sky. Some color really does help.
Does anyone know how the phasing on this is going to work? I remember a hotel is already signed on? Once the base is complete will we see the residential and hotel towers immediately going up as well?

I too am a little perplexed by the no residential reasoning.
Is there any reason this area needs a master developer? Can the city not just go parcel by parcel?
