Is it possible that MT‘s height includes that little spire on its top corner? It may not be architectural but it would still be an obstruction to aviation.
Off topic but what is cool (to me anyway) is that from the top of Mt Wachusett, you can see both Boston on the eastern side of Mass and Mt Greylock on the western side near the border with NY.

Side note, I work at EWB and we had weekend regulars that lived in Rowes Wharf (with a direct water taxi to BOS) and they had their driver bring them to EWB every Friday to fly to MVY.
