    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

Not a great photo but I thought it was a very interesting perspective. I took the photo of my tv screen while watching Chronicle on channel 5. The photo came out very blue so I changed it to black and white. Millennium Tower looks huge from this angle.

Fall River, MA-- The rebirth of a mill town

I remember as a kid in the 80's always collecting real estate books. At one time there was an ad for a new high rise in Fall River. It was for an office building downtown. It was an architectural sketch and it was advertised as under development. It was probably around 14 floors. Obviously...

    Providence developments

From the Providence Journal today: PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Downtown Providence watchers may have been surprised during the last few nights to see lights on in almost all of the 1,500 windows of the Superman building, the tallest building in Rhode Island, which has been vacant and dark for about...

I know. It's a great building. It would be nice if it gained new tenants and also added an observation deck. It looks like it may have had one originally.

Hello, Does anyone know why 111 Westminster's interior was lit up last night? (The old Industrial Trust). I can't seem to find any info anywhere.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

While I like the current design, I thought I would have a little fun with it anyway. It would probably look fine by itself but standing next to the PRU I think it would be funny with both have a spire/antenna.

Fall River, MA-- The rebirth of a mill town

New Bedford Airport could handle small to medium sized aircraft (up to a B737 or DC9) but it will be limited on weight due to the runway being 5400'. The aircraft would have to carry enough fuel to get to either FEDEX or UPS's hubs but it would limit how much cargo it could handle. You may be...

Thanks for correcting that. The runway had not been paved since the 70's or 80's I believe. In order for the FAA to put money towards repaving it, it had to be brought up to "code" with safety overruns on each end. This resulted in the usable length going from 4997' to 5400'. As of now many...
