I agree with Buju - the Dewey Square parcels (nee MassHort) are looking good - specifically the gardens. They are well maintained and nice to walk through. The pathways and grass could use some work however. I think what is really going to make or break the Greenway is what is going to be...

All of the water in the Greenway fountains [Chinatown, Wharf District, North End] are brominated and ozonated (via UV light). So you can have your cake and play in the water too.

The fountain has been turned off sporadically so that WET can perform preventative maintenance. They've also had a few issues with the pumps and compressors. Hey, at least they are trying to fix it.
