    It’s hilarious that that check cashing shack is the lone hold out. Wonder if they just didn’t want to sell unless it was for some ridiculous price. Great to have a lot of parking, but that garage facing Madison Street won’t help create a lively streetscape.

    I think adaptive reuse may be cost prohibitive anyways due to all the deferred maintenance. The RFP is looking for 125 residential units. My addition to the RFP: The original facade must be reconstructed for any new building ;)
