East Boston Infill and Small Developments

Which leads us to the fact that you could take every building over 4 stories out of East Boston or Somerville and they would still be denser than most American cities. Skyscrapers are awesome but so is the medieval city both stone and wood.

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

Actually I don't believe any of that it was an inside joke. King o Sheeba gave me the business about another place and I was just giving it back. But seriously as a kid in the 70s we would never get near the stadium with a car. We would park and walk a couple miles down rt 1. It was brutal for...

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

Parking lots hurt families and communities. Having tailgating that attract yt isn’t good for anyone. Foxboro is working class. It should be.

    General Boston Discussion

It does say that the JP campus was built in the 1950's and is in bad shape, they recommend consolidating some services on campus and moving others to West Roxbury and Weymouth in order to free up space for sale or development and lower operating costs.

Water Transportation in and around Boston

I don't commute but I have people visiting the city in the summer for the first time and I've considered using the water taxi as a way of, I guess, restaurant or bar hop around the harbor for a night. It would be a grand introduction to the city Any suggestions on that would be welcome

    800 Morrissey Blvd | Dorchester

It's a waterfront community with almost no waterfront. Just ways for people from Scituate to get to work

    800 Morrissey Blvd | Dorchester

The Blvd is terrible but this building will have the bike trail running behind it to the beach or the Blue Hills

    Salisbury Beach

You can back off. Someone asks the future of Salisbury and I gave an opinion based on walking down the beach and seeing more and more large houses and less vacant properties which there used to be many. Maybe I should have used the term developed so I wouldn't trigger you

    Salisbury Beach

The residential real estate is getting more year-round and more high end, and the beaches and state park are pretty good. I hope they are able to save some of the old honky tonk but I predict it will gentrify and that's mostly a good thing
