If the spur is done right couldn't some buses be rerouted from MC to a stop on the spur thus solving the headways problem? Even pushing forward the one stop extension on the GL in Medford with some buses rerouted out that way.

Forest Hills needs to take advantage of its resources and build a lot of dense housing with retail and maybe a little office and\or lab space. With 17 bus lines, Orange Line, and Needham Rail(maybe its the hoping or just reading all the stuff of what could be for rail around here i am now...

Boston really needs to get back as much of its transit history as possible and obviously build newer projects too. And with that said Back Bay Station itself needs a major overhaul both aesthetically and functionality and things like those projects need to go hand and hand with the development...
