Has anyone else taken Bolt Bus or MegaBus from Boston to New York City? I have, three times this summer. The fares were between $16-$18 each way. It varies based on when you sign-up; they start selling them at $1 a ticket then increase the prices as the buses fill up. The buses are in good...

What, was this article too dense for anyone to read? The first half is spot-on (I skimmed the second ...). In a nutshell, it defines the neighborhood-developer paradigm as it exists in Boston, in the 21st-century.

Wait, am I missing something? Doesn't the article state, " ... the leases are up in November ..." If the leases are up, then they should be able to do whatever they want. I think there are two separate issues here - the leases that are expiring and the buildings being turned into office space...
