    Twenty20 @ Northpoint | 20 Child Street | Cambridge

Thanks, I ended up checking it out on google maps. That, and especially when even more buildings are built, will make for a better experience walking from BHCC to Cambridge. Back in 07 when I walked it it was tough in the cold months.

    Watermark Seaport | 85 Seaport Blvd - Parcel K | Seaport

Re: Watermark Seaport (parcel K Seaport Sq.)/85 Seaport Blvd @ Seaport Sq./Seaport What's up with the shity white tarps that have been on the shorter building forever? For some reason some buildings get the tarps when getting built and I've always hated the look.

    Twenty20 @ Northpoint | 20 Child Street | Cambridge

That little bridge that connects to , I believe it's called, Gillmore bridge, does it have a stair case that goes down to the ground level of that building or does it connect only to door for the building?

    Bye Bye T Ts

Man this sucks, and this morning I was just thinking about the many venues that I've played, or know about that have closed. This is my list: Bullfinch Yacht Club- was only around for a few years, but a solid place All Asia- A musical "freshman" to playing out, would be like sweet we got a...

    Rose Kennedy Greenway

^^ Here here! I imagine these will be quite expensive, and it just strikes me as dumb, no return on investment, buildings can at least generate income, maybe not completely recoups cost, but still.

    Continuum | Barry's Corner | Allston

Re: Barry's Corner Commons and renaming Barry's Corner If it's on par with the rest of Allston, bongs. So after the sight is cleaned up, are they then going to start building whatever's going there?

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

I think it's cool it has basketball courts. Many of these newer parks are for very passive purposes. This one actually seems to acknowledge what young people would like to do in a recreation area.

    Continuum | Barry's Corner | Allston

Re: Barry's Corner Commons and renaming Barry's Corner Cool. Ideo, I lived there for 4 awesome years, my 2nd apt was on Rena street, so that was my corner right there. I must say that pan shot you do of Barry's Corner dropped my jaw, that intersection is completely different!

Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

I worked on that one, actually I've worked on all 787's from line 120 or so and up. I'm thinking the -9 will be the marque 787, and they are selling like hot cakes, now pretty much half of the one's being built are -9's. The -10's will also be popular but the -9 apparently has a longer range...

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

Re: Green Line to Medford to start in 2011 I don't deny that neighborhoods go through cycles. Right now up and down the East Coast we're in a renaissance of city living and it's basically economics at work. But I can't be the only who feels that cities are turning into the playgrounds of the...

    Somerville Infill and Small Developments

250 ft will be very noticeable from 93. Really in a few years driving in from the north will be a whole new experience. Starting with this and then the towers that will be going up at North point and finally being anchored by the towers going up at North Station. Those North Station area...

Yea, I was sorry to see that yesterday. I hope this city shows him lot's of public displays of affection. Despite our quarrels with him on this board in regards to developments and what not, Boston loves him and he Boston. His spot in this cities history is indisputable, he most certainly has...

But what about the shadows? Also I'm not sure this will be comfortably wide enough for both pedestrians and bicyclists at the same time.

Suffolk Downs Redevelopment | East Boston/Revere

Re: Suffolk Downs Redevelopment Potential If you were to leave the infield open space with water features intact and just develop on the land already built on then I don't see any environment impact that isn't already decades old.

    Running Summary of Major Projects

When you look at it all, from a collective stand point, I'd say this. Boston's shoulders' are defiantly broadening. Downtown is getting new exclamation points, new 20 or so story towers are transforming many areas. Parking lots in first ring areas are getting done up. New street walls are...
