Not sure how Etsy does keyword optimization, but sadly you really need to get yourself on the first few pages that people will surf through for boston, boston photography, boston art, etc.
I'd guess that the prepared foods (which should be primarily located on the ground floor Summer St. entrance) will be price gouged, but no more so than things already are at whole foods. Everything else, at least from what I've seen in the Wellesley store, should be relatively normal, if a bit...
I should note, the ceiling height in Roche is pretty short due to it being in the basement. It didn't feel too claustrophobic to me, but who knows what it will be like at lunch or 5pm on a workday.
I'll also note, I never realized that the Summer St. side of the building was concave.
Now for some views of the tower. At the time they were pouring floor 15. We were told that even despite all of the snow they were only about one week behind schedule.
