Different kind of glass going in on the bottom right of the building. You can also see the plaza has been closed off and the temporary handicap accessible ramp has been removed.

Has there been any commotion on that front? I know there were plans for a temporary building to built on the Punter’s plot before constructing a more permanent lot with Burstein and Rubenstein.

According to an email sent out, the ISEC plaza will be closed for about a year as EXP construction continues. Both images attached came from the same email, but the map says the plaza will close in 2023 and the written email says 2022. I’m assuming the latter is the correct date.

Lil Nas X announced his tour dates this morning. His Boston show will be at the MGM Music Hall. Is this one of the first events that will take place at the venue?

I doubt Curry specifically gets revamped. It was recently renovated. Also worth noting that Curry is nowhere in the pictures taken above. In the picture with Snell Library, on the right is Snell Engineering and Egan Research Center.

Exterior going up on the backside of the building (second pic). Not much different in the first picture than updates from previous individuals, just thought it was a nice looking picture of EXP in general that I took.

Exactly this. Their yield was much higher than expected for this current freshman class. NEU expects usually 1 in 4 students who receiver offers to commit to the university, but it was closer to 1 in 3 this year. The whole notion of yield is a tough one to nail at any university and it's not a...

Glad they flattened out the weird bend between North Station and Haymarket.

That's actually in the works IIRC with their recent acquisition of Mills College out on the west coast. Unlike the rest of their satellite campuses, I think they plan to offer quite a decent number of undergrad programs out there once they integrate the school in.
