Toys R Us Express has opened in Central Sq., Cambridge, where Pearl Art once was. Looks temporary (hopefully - the signage is a vinyl banner) for the holiday season. Just when I think nothing's shocking, there's a Toys R Us in Central.

^^That IS sad. It's nearly impossible to find a TV-less bar. If I'm going to a bar for drink and conversation, yeah, it is distracting (either for me or the folks I'm with, depending on who's facing it). TV's have a place in some bars, it would just be nice if they weren't a staple of just...

James' Gate in JP has no TVs, and has a fireplace to boot. The Delux in the South End has a TV...but it's small, and always shows cartoons.

It was fun/interesting to stumble upon it, but I think the effect it had on Fan Pier (see Ron's previous comment) was better. At least it's red, so it stands out! I really dig the second, fourth (nice graffiti!), and fifth photos (love the look of the red in that pass thru).
