Re: TD Garden Towers Wow, ambitious. How long until the plans are released and we see how cheap they're going on the building? A supermarket and a Target in this area would be a slam-dunk considering all the transit connections and proximity to a large residential area.

Woah, woah, woah. This is NIMBYs we're talking about. The same type of people that think anything over 10 stories next to the Pru is out of context.

A hotel might work - depending on the current utilization of the existing 2 hotels, there could be enough demand to justify building another one. Though something tells me that no matter what is built here it won't be taller than 5 stories (otherwise it'd be "out of character for the neighborhood").

Re: 1325-1341 Boylston St (Fenway Triangle/Former Goodyear Tire) Agreed, the sheer number of retail entrances should be good for this building - hope the parking garage entrance and loading dock entrance/exits on the new street don't give this building an ugly face on the Subway side.

I know BC uses the dorms for reunion/events as well as dorms for the various athletic and non-athletic camps throughout the summer. Also, there are multiple orientations scheduled so those use a bunch of the dorms as well.
