An outdoor rink would be terrific come wintertime. If there were trees, they could put some lights in them as well, really making the area pretty cool. The water on one side, and the city on the other. Throw in a pushcart or two, and you have a great little spot.

That building looks pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking or particularly fantastic about it, but, at the same time, I don't look at it and cringe or wonder what the hell the architect was thinking.

This is one exception where I must agree that height is not necessarily a good thing. I think it would be cool to have a building such as this one begin on one parcel, and have a bridge over to another parcel where another portion of the building is located, kind of like what Charlie suggested...

Re: Congress St Garage is being sold. I totally agree with everybody's sentiments about the garage...the developer could not have planned that building worse. My suggestions lie solely with City Hall Plaza.
