Yep, Rapid7 moved in a couple months ago.

Original plans called for 1,100 spaces down from the existing 2,300 so a net loss of 1,200 spaces. A welcomed reduction (IMO) as we try to limit Boston's car dependency.

Steve Adams with Banker & Tradesman reported that a potential tenant backed out of a lease here. I don't have access to the article - anyone else know what potential tenant he's referring too and the details?

Page 31 of the plans (page 40 of the file) says that they expect Phase 1 to take 4 years...unclear (at least to me) exactly when each portion within Phase 1 will be completed though.

I never understood why they didn't just brand it the "Garden District". If you ask people to describe where a restaurant or bar is in this area,they will say "by the Garden" or "by North Station" so just piggy back off what people naturally say.

That was my exact thought when I saw that pic too...perfect set up for it and hopefully it eventually gets there.

Just about, but residents haven't begun moving in yet. The lobby is completed and has a really nice floor-to-ceiling living wall.
