That’s a very optimistic timeline! I hope they can follow through with that but building all of that (or beginning to build all of that) within the next 4 years seems unrealistic. Maybe I’m wrong? 750 housing units, hotels, food halls, a conference center, an office tower, and more in 4 or so years.

This land is currently all grass, does that still mean it’s owned by mac air? The building I drew up would be at least 2 times the size of the fed ex warehouse in the picture. I certainly think there’s the space for it.

Thank you, I saw that MHT expansion. Definitely space for this at the Jetport and would help our economy big time!! Also would be a 10-15 minute drive from the warehouses in either Scarborough or Portland which makes for a easy commute!

The “West End Apartments” in Sopo are looking good. This whole area has changed a lot over the past 10 years for the better.

Love the rendering, did they mention when they expect to get this project underway? I hear the Medical campus has started construction? I’m anxious to see when this office space, the beer hall, residential buildings, convention center, quarry itself, etc. get going (without any downsizing🤞🏼).

Still a very nice looking building, I was definitely a big fan of this rendering (attached below). I feel as though the brightness with the grays and whites would compliment the surrounding government buildings more than this dark color scheme.
