This really needed an upgrade. It's the gateway exit to the city. That exit configuration looks pretty similar to what the state did for the Rte 108/Exeter/Stratham exit of Rte 101. That seems to flow pretty nicely.

Re: W Hotel I can't wait to see the glass go in on this. The few renderings we have of this show that it has potential, but doesn't show enough to get too excited. And everything else going up around the city is mostly brick, so this is a nice change of pace. Oh wait..it's glass. Solar...

Glad to see this is moving forward. It's a great project for Manch-vegas. I hope that it will spur more development along this part of Elm St. God knows it's needed!

The height is what it is. Looking back at the renderings, it'll be alright looking. It is a hell of a lot better than a parking lot!
