The height crowd wanted something taller than the Hancock here so they are extra mad about what was approved.
I for one love this and don't want to see something taller than the Hancock going up right next door. Hopefully Wayfair takes this and it gets under construction quickly.
With the exception of the cantilevers I hate everything about 1 pos. It's the worst looking tower downtown. The windows, the awful dreary brown color, the garage. I could not be happier to see it go. The glass tower will be a huge upgrade and will be a nice addition to the skyline especially...

Always hate to see residential get cut but this could be good news for getting other projects along Boylston street and the Charlesgate proposal moving forward.

This is another project where the delays paid off. imo almost every rendering of this project up until this one was awful.
