    MA Casino Developments

If you're lucky enough to live in Chelsea, that's the route you get to take to ride a bike into Boston. It actually doesn't seem as bad on a bike to me somehow.

    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

The structure for the "waterfall" is pretty recent. It was just a gash before.

    Cambridge Infill and Small Developments

It's very sleek and attractive in person (to me at least). I like the way it communicates that it is a steel structure with the light glass curtain wall and visible columns, rather than trying to pretend to be a masonry building with punch hole windows, or some sort of mishmash of the two like...

http://www.revere.org/news/post/the-vanguard-at-waterfront-square-ground-breaking-first-phase-of-wonderland-transit-oriented-development-begins It looks like this is underway (for real) when I drove by last night. This article says groundbreaking was in November, but I just noticed something...

The Victor | 110 Beverly Street | West End

Is there enough clearence to build a deck wide enough for a looby at the end facing the north end park? Beyond that it seems like emergency exits might be a problem. Street level wouldn't be great because it would be mostly ramp entrances and blank walls. Maybe the blank walls would be a good...

The Kensington | 665 Washington Street | Downtown

I am in the minority it seems and I probably have bad taste, but the glass section with the green spanrels is the best part of the building. I wish they covered the whole buildings in that up to the parapet because that grey top is awful, even worse than the pre-cast. On the lower levels, I...

    Uniform color cabs

You can call the dispatcher and request a pick up, but you can't flag them down on the street.

Snazzy retro hotel kinda compliments Tasty Burger.

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

I am all for preserving old facades, but the 1905 facade would've looked really out of place on the new design.

East Boston Infill and Small Developments

I want to go back in the past and slap the jerk offs who didn't think to at least put a sidewalk on the Tobin. It should've been a mutli-modal bridge with rail and walkways. I guess at that time the thought was everyone would have a car and be cruising around what was left of the city on 12 lane...

Thanks! That's the view from my window every morning and I feel pretty lucky about it.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

That median strip is going to look cute when it is dead weeds with trash stuck in them for 75% of the year. The rendering on the last page looks very Waterside Place-ish, but a little better.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

There is no way to make the median wide enough to be useable given the total width of the street. They should get rid of it. You don't need to get rid of a travel lane. Two travel lanes in each direction isn't a lot when you have poeople making lefts and rights and if they bumped the curbs out...

    Silver Line to Chelsea

Re: Silver Line to Chelsea (Study Meeting) The draw bridges and traffic jams on the Tobin and two things that really screw with the reliability on buses going in and out of Chelsea. File this under things that would never happen, but if they dug a tunnel under Chelsea Creek connecting the...

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

I would like it if they took the median strip out of Seaport Blvd made extra wide sidewalks and a cycle track instead. They could also maybe plant some trees that grow. The median strip isn't wide enough for people to use like on Comm Ave, so it is just wasted space.
