Parkway Plaza has a Save-a-lot, but ya, it is a sucky grocery store.

I hoped this thread popped up because there was news that this blemish was being removed.

I was under the impression it is another hotel, but I can't find anything to back that up right now. I think it is a Hampton Inn. EDIT: It is a Holiday Inn. http://www.chelsearecord.com/2013/07/26/new-hotels-clear-first-hurdle/

    TD Gahhhden expansion

Who owns that parking lot behind the garden? Build it there above the parking lot, leaving enough room below in case they need to add extra tracks to North Station.

    TD Gahhhden expansion

The old Garden site is the parking lot along Causeway Street where the new towers are planned to go. So, they want to make the practice rink part of that project?

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

Re: Green Line to Medford to start in 2011 Sullivan is the closest. It's a mile walk, same as walking the Back Bay end to end.

Wentworth Institute of Technology Expansion | Fenway

I used to eat there all the time when I first moved to Boston in 1996. The last time I walked by it look like it was being used as some sort of gallery, but I couldn't really tell for sure what it was supposed to be.

    Quincy Center Redevelopment

Re: $1 billion development proposed to reshape downtown Quincy What does that have to do with anything? Am I supposed to feel bad about that? The south end has plenty of junkies too. Are you going to cry yourself asleep about it now because I pointed it out?

Gillette Property Redevelopment | South Boston

Re: Congress Street Garage Development Their plant touches on the southeast corner of the channel. There's a huge area of parking lots between the plant and Necco St to be developed that are right on the meaty part of the channel.

It's sad if people don't want Dewey Square developed. Definitely the plaza should stay, but the vent tower needs to be covered up. Plus, it's a great opportunity to put something there that will engage the plaza. It would have been a great place to put the ICA with a cafe/beer garden facing the...

    Bowker Overpass replacement?

The bridge over Beacon and Comm Ave separates traffic from Boylston/LMA/Fenway from Comm Ave/Beacon traffic going to Storrow Drive. I know everyone will say traffic will adjust itself, but there's already gridlock in every direction at rush hour, so there really is no magic alternative route...

Ya, that's the one I am talking about. It lines up with the column, but I don't see any logic for putting the panel there otherwise.

I don't know, but it has some nice touches. I like that you can see the columns through the glass. I hope they are going to keep them thin like that. There's a panel that interrupts the windows in an awkward place on the Tobin loop ramp side though. I will try and get a picture of it. It pisses...

The Harlo (née Skanska Fenway Project (Burger King))| 1350 Boylston Street | Fenway

Re: 1350 Boylston The building will be there long after most of these activists move out or die and everyone who comes after it's built won't think anything of it because to them, it will have always been there. 18 stories is not drastically taller than any of the other new buildings along...
