The ramp parcel there needs to be a building. I hope something happens there eventually. Something definitely needs to be done with marketplace center. It was built to shield Quincy Market from the highway and now it's just a big deadening wall on the greenway side. If not torn down, it needs to...

That would be fun for the drivers. Every time you're trying to drive back to the garage to go home, a cop pulls you over and questions you.

When I see it in person, it's the blue background that sticks out the most to me. It looks like they got some blue foam core or cardboard at the craft store and threw it up there.

I was there about 11:30pm on Saturday night and it wasn't lit up.

This building is a national historic landmark. Are there no rules about altering the exterior of the building? I feel bad that the church probably spent a lot of money on this.

Is there a need to encourage more people to drive to Harvard Square? It seems like the streets around there are already maxed out.

Ya and that horizontal brace along the bottom sticks out like a sore thumb too. There are issues with the execution that keep this from looking good.

Re: Residences at Kensington Walking around this building in person, I think the glass curtain wall really is the best part. Too bad that's going to be the least visible side when the Jacob Wirth building goes up.

The seams in the blue backing look cheap in strong sunlight. I like the nautilus part. I hope at some point they remove the blue panels and just have the nautilus with the rough stone behind it, if possible.

Re: 121 Brookline Ave (ACE Tickets) It fits in with the building around it. I hope there's a patio of some sort that people can use under that trellis, but I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't.
