I've found myself ordering in more and going out less. And that's a different type of restaurant use. And delivery is easier now with Grubhub, Door Dash, etc.

I live a quarter of a mile away, and as far as I can tell, it's been idle since last year when they put up that scaffold tower. But I stand ready to take pictures when something new happens.
