    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

FWIW....from the highway this morning, it appeared that they were setting up a walking crane on the site of 345 Harrison. Haven't seen much news on this lately, so I thought that was interesting.

Back Bay Garage Tower | Dartmouth and Stuart | Back Bay

Can you ease up on the word "we" here? If you see height as the most critical aspect of this site, that's fine, but express that in the context of your own thoughts and don't try to project this as archBoston's institutional position. My guess is you will find quite a few people here who are...

Quaker Lane + Congress Square | Downtown

With all the excitement of Millennium Tower, 1 Dalton, North Station projects going on, this one somewhat slipped under my radar. What an exciting project with the potential to really activate and transform this block. Related Beal has really been doing some solid work in the city over the...

Quaker Lane + Congress Square | Downtown

Is the new residential/hotel building on Quaker Lane part of this project, or is that another phase?

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Not to be a wet blanket on the proceedings, but is this the same Midwood proposing this building? http://www.midwoodid.com/residential Could a company whose most recent projects are a three-story Cheesecake factory in Philadelphia and a 15-story, squat residential building in Brooklyn really...

Educate everyone on a good website...

I didn't want to derail the harbor garage thread any further, so if there are those who are wondering what the Aquarium or any other officials at the city's non-profit organizations make, the below Website is a very good research. http://foundationcenter.org/ Of course, the financial records...

    Revere Beach Developments/infill | Revere

I don't actually think this project is part of Waterfront Square. If I'm not mistaken, this project is slated for the empty plot of land just south of the Point-of-Pines, where the ill-fated "Ocean Club" project was to have been built before the 2008 mortgage bubble burst.

DOT Parcels | 25-28 Kneeland Street | Chinatown

For affordable/workforce housing? That's the only non-GE thing I can think of that would have both the governor and the mayor making a joint announcement.

Pier 4 Condo Building (Former Anthony's site) | Seaport

Re: Pier 4 Commercial-Condo Building (Former Anthony's site) | Seaport Does this mean the office building comes later or is it all going to be done in one phase?

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End When you count the AMC Boston Common and the Regal Fenway, we will have 5 major, full-sized theaters on the T. Makes one wonder if we really can support all of these theaters.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End It would appear they have a movie theater on board! http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/arclight-cinemas-to-open-new-theater-in-boston-300210594.html

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 Just so that I can make sure I understand the city's position clearly, my understanding is that if the City Council sells the garage, they are compelled to sell it to the highest bidder, regardless of that bidder's...

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

That's the Marriott Moxy, Parcel P7-a, although an older rendering of it. It was approved back in July...not sure what the timeline is for breaking ground. There are minor air-rights issues, as it cantilevers over Stuart Street slightly...maybe that's holding it up? Not sure if that is worked...

    The New Retail Thread

Wouldn't have minded seeing Nero expand into this space. I enjoy their sandwiches for lunch, but find I often have to bypass because there are no seats available.

The Beverly (née Merano) (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End

Re: The Merano (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End I think Curbed is taking liberties here. I saw a Banker & Tradesman article this morning that indicated the hotel was part of the entire package expected to start construction by the end of the month. Also, the plans and...

The Beverly (née Merano) (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End

Re: The Merano (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End FYI....I did some digging on the Suffolk Deeds Website. (all you have to do is run a property search and type in Beverly Street) In the last week, a slew of ground leases, easements, and mortgages (roughly $136,000,000 worth) have...

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

So apparently we're moving to the "re-bid" option. Here's the one thing that bothers me - okay there are many things about this that bothers me, but this is the one that's easiest for me to articulate at the moment: The entire cost of this project has ballooned over the years as it has gone...

Re: Driven By Customer 'Service' Parte Dos Maybe we should rename the title of this thread to: "Driven by No One in Particular" In all seriousness, can we assume at some point this train would have jumped a red signal and came to a stop on its own? Or are all of the safety devices...
