Those pictures are from March/early April as evidenced by the snow on the ground, un-foliated trees. Unfortunately the site is not easily visible from the street so it is hard to see where they actually stand in terms of progress.

Noticed the same exact thing....that vertical beam is definitely higher than the full podium level as depicted in the renderings.

Just an update. It looks like a mat-slab foundation was poured yesterday and there is rebar being staged on the newly poured floor. A surprising development....it seems a third crane is about to be installed on the office tower portion of the podium. Not sure what to make of that...
