Its hard to think of something that would draw more people to the park than a beer garden run by one of the most in demand breweries in the country. I already eat lunch in the greenway a lot in the summer and now it looks like I'll be visiting regularly later in the day.

If I was part of a neighborhood group or something I wouldn't go easier on a religious group in regards to affordable housing or similar things. They don't pay property taxes. They get things like police and fire department on the backs of taxpayers.
