    Crazy Transit Pitches

Having walked between Harvard Avenue and Coolidge Corner I would have to agree with this. Hubway stations might make such a route more tolerable, but not obvious or sought out.

New England Revolution Stadium | 173 Alford Street | Boston-Everett

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium I figure that if the Revolution were to get a new stadium then it would be designed with the possibility of further expansions as long as the parcel isn't too constricting. If NASL teams are doing it then I don't see why an MLS team wouldn't bother.

    Boston 2024

I figure that Fenway Park and the Garden would be a part of any Olympic bid, but they are privately owned venues. I have no doubt that the Garden will be used while Fenway is more of a mystery. For Beach Volleyball, there are a lot of better places to put it and from all the various proposals...

    Boston 2024

Rumblings about where things are looking to be placed in this article. Most interesting to note here is that they seem to be going full steam ahead on placing the Olympic Stadium in the rail yards south of South Station.

    Biking in Boston

The parking space is to the right of the car. You can see a black car in front of it correctly parked.

    Rose Kennedy Greenway

Well, for better or worse the Great Molasses Flood is pretty notable piece of history for the city. I'm not sure what would be better for the location or city, but if there actually is something it could probably go in Christopher Columbus Park whenever that gets renamed.

    BCEC expansion | Seaport

I think they got a lot from real estate companies initially. That is the only reason why South Boston is labeled as "D Street/West Broadway," which is obviously a term no one would use colloquially. A while back though they had some crowdsourcing thing going on with the maps, where you could...

    The New Retail Thread

Well yeah, I do a lot of buying from Amazon, but sometimes its nice to window shop and avoid shipping costs. I suppose the Target does replace some of the needs that the Best Buy provides, although I'm still not sure what kind of selection a 'city' Target has compared to a the typical suburban...

    The New Retail Thread

I guess I'm going to have to go all the way to Cambridge to get my video games then because the one at the Galleria is the last transit accessible one in the area.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

As someone who frequently goes to the movies it's nice to see that Boston is getting another theatre. However, while I support the idea of a new cinema opening in the Seaport district Boston really needs a bigger IMAX screen to attract special screenings way more than a gimmick dining...

A Burger King next to a Wendy's is not nearly as ridiculous as two Starbucks locations on the same street.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End The tower on the right looks incredibly ugly, like it was actually built in 1970s or 1980s Boston and fell into a time vortex to get here. The little building in the middle leaves a bit to be desired and would probably...

    BCEC expansion | Seaport

I suppose the fence is also there so that it can be closed off for private events easier. Wait, really? They don't look very sturdy but okay.

    BCEC expansion | Seaport

What are those brick things on the ground? Are those for lights? Also I think that they would be better off with replacing those dangling art things with a set of swings.

Was walking around in the Seaport today and this building looked pretty nice and I got a much improved impression of it.
