Yeah my concern would be more that it's a pretty unique type of business, so with one nearby something else would make more sense. All that aside, I just hope we get something to really happen in this round of design proposals.

This headhouse looks absolutely MASSIVE when you are walking toward it on Tremont Street from the Common. I still don't get how no one thought to at least have the roof angled slightly.

My problem with this is that you end up with a good amount of surface lots near transit. I live near Coolidge Corner and on my walk form from the T, I pass by 5 or 6 good-sized surface parking lots which could be put to a much better use. I'm fine with overnight parking on streets if it is...

Re: I-90 Interchange Improvement Project (Allston) My concern is that some of those blocks are pretty big. I think some additional local roads cutting up some of the bigger ones would do wonders.

All these pictures are just making me really want a 5 or 6 story bright yellow building somewhere in downtown Boston.
