Re: The Boston Arch (Aquarium parking garage) One thing I am confused by - the way I see it, the view the towers have is out toward the harbor (makes sense given the name). These towers would be next door, blocking what? A view of Chelsea?

I say if they want it to be historically accurate, don't let cars anywhere on the hill either - or sewer and electricity for that matter.

I feel like if Boston doesn't get 2024, it won't submit another bid. I'm a huge supporter of this effort, but I feel like there isn't enough real oomph behind it, and if we don't get selected for this one, I don't see there being anything left in the tank to do it again for 2028.

Not the use I would have picked for such an iconic building, but at least it's not just a bank. Does anyone know if these cafe/banks keep longer hours than regular banks?

I think those interchange projects would be more in the $200 or $300 million range. At least one is scheduled to be fixed (I think Woburn) in the not too distant future. Pretty sure its on the Boston MPO TIP
