IMHO It's great to see an innovative, well designed building proposed for Kenmore Square instead of a boring brick building with a derivative design and horrible street presence like the one in Germany.

Wonder how many think of Worcester as part of the Boston metro. Marlborough Shrewsbury and the like are part of the Boston metro as her other 495 cities like Lowell and Lawrence. This project almost certainly is interesting to many of us and I would rather it be here than in a far less active...

If there will be a 500' tower, this project might have the greatest impact on the skyline among all current proposed and U/C buildings. 500' in Cambridge is another milestone I never thought would happen in my lifetime. I guess I am getting old.

In the final build 3 lanes inbound with a dedicated 4th bus lane from exit 17 that leaves the turnpike for city streets before the throat would cut one lane in the throat (7 lanes instead of 8) and potentially help traffic 3 outbound lanes from DT to exit 17 for cars and one dedicated bus lane...

The pillars remind me of Gaudi's catrnary arch pillars inside la Salgrada Familia in Barcelona. Not as grand or subtle but interesting and a hell of a lot better that what is there now.

Got my aging ass outside and walked over to have a look at this for myself. IMO, it's one of the most significant projects going up in the city for many years. Romanticism aside, North Station/Boston Garden were really dumpy with a filthy El, dive bars and topless joints for surroundings...

Move the CITGO sign to the top of the green monster at Fenway Park and build a good looking tower in Kenmore with facadectomy and setbacks
