In general, Europe has smaller trucks and much better mass transit so their equilibrium for transit modalities isn't the same as it is here in the US. A lot of car owners (like me) who like biking and mass transit and often use those modes, want to see enhanced mass transit and more bile lanes...

^^^^Consistent speed really is the key. Averaging just 90 mph its only 2 hours from South Station to Penn Station. Makes it seem easier to achieve.

not sure if it is realistic but JAL may be considering 2 flights a day once they have another aircraft so that one does not sit in Boston for so long.

^^^The BRA is inept and promotes crummy buildings and urban design at the whim of the Mayor. An audit will not change that. It's up to the new mayor to steer the BRA toward better developments, something he seems afraid to do.

If any other Boston, State or Federal agency were subjected to an audit and the level of scrutiny the BRA has been subjected to, I think one would find the level of uncollected fees, malfeasance, and criminal handling of power far higher than was found at the BRA. This is probably because...
