Im assuming this doesn't account for college students in the given area's both in dorms and off campus housing (off campus housing while not being considered residents)

Re: Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 My point isn't about the skyline, my point is that the "FAA" set height restrictions on the Trans National Place tower because of safety reasons. That being said, San Diego from a pilots perspective is way more scary to land in than Boston...
