New England Revolution Stadium | 173 Alford Street | Boston-Everett

I was a little surprised to find out how many fans attended the most recent Boston Cannons game, but I bet it helps that they place right in the city. "...Boston overcame that early deficit and rallied for a 17-16 victory over the Lizards in an Eastern Conference game in front of 9,229 fans at...

New England Revolution Stadium | 173 Alford Street | Boston-Everett

I went to a Revolution game recently and was disappointed by a few things: 1) Long drive to Gillette Stadium. Would love to have a stadium in the Boston area, especially at a public transit site. 2) Tickets were only sold to 1/2 of the lower bowl area, which made the stadium feel really empty...

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

There is no way that the developer would pay to create that much open space. It would totally destroy their IRR on the project. They would probably create only the open space they were required to build under their first phase of the development that included those two buildings. Any prudent...

South End Infill and Small Developments

Not unlike Exchange Place in the Financial District. New construction molded onto old material. Not saying I like or dislike it, but it seems to work fine for Exchange Place.
