They are building a new building behind the Planet Fitness in Chelsea. Apparently it is going to be retail on the ground floor with modular pre-made housing units piled on top, or at least that's what it looks like. I can't kind much of anything online about it. All I've found is this article...

Nice suggestion about the connection to the new Assembly Square Station. A little monorail train that goes back and forth would be cool too.

I think if they have to build one, they should build it inside 128, as in here, in the middle of the highway, or as part of the expansion of the convention center.

I just keep hoping everyone realizes what a bad idea building a casino anywhere is and the state will go back on allowing them. It'll never happen, I know.

..and the Wyndham next to it. I can see people having an issue with the rental car and parking lots, but I'm not sure how the hotel is hurting anyone. Wouldn't it at least mean tax income for Chelsea?

Re: 121 Brookline Ave (ACE Tickets) We need more neon green with black polka-dot buildings and less tan buildings. Especially in an area like this where you might actually be able to get away with it.
