I assumed the dirt moving was part of the staging for the Causeway Street improvement project, but it does appear that BRA page for the Merano was recently updated (12/2/2015), so perhaps this is a good sign. Their PNF did say they wanted to start by Dec. 2015.

Can you elaborate on this? I had no idea that any tower-related work had actually started. If I'm riding on the Pike, is there anything I should be looking for in terms of work? I'm assuming it would be somewhere on the westbound side of the Pru Tunnel? Any ideas when we'll start seeing...

^ Slightly off topic, but I think the empty retail space on the rear corner of the Burnham Building - corner of Hawley and Summer - would make an awesome space for either Channel 4 or 5 to build a street-level studio, especially for a morning show-type broadcast.

FWIW...there was a major concrete pour on this project last night. Saw at least 10 cement trucks waiting on the Dalton Street bridge last night and assumed they must have been there for the 30 Dalton Project. Upon further exploration, it became clear they were all proceeding into the 1 Dalton...

Apologies if this was somewhere upward in the thread, but what is the construction status of the relocated commuter rail station and how will that affect the timetable of opening the new BRT route?

Coming home on the Mass Pike eastbound Sunday night, I noticed that the top of the tower is now visible as you come down the hill approaching the Weston tolls. It's nice to have a third building making it's presence known their along with the Hancock and Prudential towers.
