Not sure if there is a more appropriate thread for this but I found a nice video on Boston Medflight's new helicopter including some nice shots of flying around the city and landing at the MGH helipad.

Imagine if Boston had arbitrary rules that increased the costs of this very crucial part of a restaurant's business. It would make it much harder to open and operate a restaurant in Boston vs. the suburbs.
Wait......
The owners of 33 Arch would have to be on board with whatever happens because they are deeded spots in that garage and the access to the garage is through 33 Arch. It would have to be a coordinated redevelopment that reduces the size of the garage or sinks it underground. I could imagine a 15-20...
Maybe I'm pessimistic but I really don't think anything will ever be built on those parcels. There is very little in them that isn't highway or MBTA track. Parcel 10 would be almost impossible with charlesgate in the way and over the river.

Looks like there will be a bit more data on Hydrogen in the near future. The UK is starting to convert trains and is looking at using Hydrogen to replace diesel trains on the 50% of its' network that isn't electrified.
Hey Data,
Were hydrogen powered EMUs something you looked at for lines that aren't currently electrified? Is there not enough data to guage their cost performance vs electrification with straight EMUs?
Non Tesla-Frankenstein Battery trains do exist. The UK ran a trial in 2015.

So based on that performance, I don't see them replacing the commuter rail trains any time soon.
Hydrogen is probably a...
