It appears from the pics that the struts holding up the new curtain wall are attached to the structural framework and that the concrete panels, and thus the old window openings, will be removed as the work progress, increasing the light/space.

Boston has needed this shaped building at this height...forever! What a wonderful addition to the skyline and the streetscape. Can't wait for the final completion of the area. That $2.50 per day garage (back when built) has come a long way!

Would have looked better as a "folly" in a garden setting. Looks totally dumb stuck on underneath, as if it's being crushed into the ground. Just the opposite language of columns in general.
