Copley Place Expansion and Tower | Back Bay

Re: Copley Place plan calls for condo tower The most fantastic 80's mall water feature was on display at the chestnut hill mall along with the orange support trusses. Too bad they ripped those out and spray painted everything.

Copley Place Expansion and Tower | Back Bay

Re: Copley Place plan calls for condo tower I actually always liked the interior. It's something unique to the area and by no means a low quality finish.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: TD Garden Towers The only inference I can draw from this is that the original proposal was for an 800 foot behemoth. This was never on the table. In the alternative, the article suggests that some height was lopped off of the hotel and offices. I'm confused.

Re: TD Garden Towers I take some responsibility for starting this. Last comment: I'd rather see this not get built than have Jeremy Jacobs get tax money to build it.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: TD Garden Towers I'm not targeting Bruins fans just because they're bruins fans. I was just pointing out that the owner of the bruins also happens to be a principal at Delaware North, which owns the garden and this surface lot next door. It just drives me bananas that we're now being...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: TD Garden Towers This could be the biggest crock of shit I've ever read in my life. Blighted? For menino to come out in support of this notion is insulting to the citizens of Boston that live in actual blight. I'd challenge the applicant to present one other developer that wouldn't be...

Lovejoy Wharf - Hoffman Building | 160 North Washington Street | West End

Re: Lovejoy Wharf The location and set-up really are a lot of things... unique and fantastic are adjectives that come to mind. A price point of $.8kk+ is not only reasonable but conservative. The whole downstairs area could become a pocket night spot.

Re: Pier 4 My favorite story from Anthony's: After a grueling 2-day bar exam at the wtc myself and classmates decided to treat ourselves to a celebratory splurge dinner and drinks at Anthony's Pier 4. After all, we were all well on our way to riches and prestige, soon-to-be minted attorneys...
