Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 Or maybe the Boston Herald site? After looking at the map, there aren't too many appropriate places to build a 1000 foot office tower.

Bulfinch Triangle Infill & Small Projects

Re: Bulfinch Triangle Parcels 2A, B & C I think this is the one, which was posted back in the beginning of the thread. The CBT site has the same rendering and a couple others.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

Re: We site is up Wow, the presentations that are posted to this site give a really extensive overview of the project (specifically the last two). One also includes a map of all the proposed projects in the area. This is a pretty amazing project, I think.

Trump on the hunt in hub: Mogul?s empire eyeing properties

How about on one of the remaining Turnpike parcels by Columbus Center? The Donald would make it happen. Or are those reserved for parkland?

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

I?m not sure I understand you here, or if you are being sarcastic. Do you mean that if everyone starts driving it will force more parking lots to be built? Or do you mean as costs rise, it will force private developers to create their own mass transit systems? That might be kind of...

    USPS Complex | Fort Point

Why would it need a big park? I don't get it. There are a ton of parks close by, not to mention the fact that there are parks being build as part of the seaport square development. And the harbor walk. Just having a pedestrian promenade along the waterfront with some eateries and outdoor...

Movie Studios: Boston is the new Hollywood.

Re: Movie Studios: Plymouth & Weymouth Wow, I didn't know so many films are made in Massachusetts. And two more studios are in the works? Maybe I'll go into the movie business. Let's go Hollywood east. Maybe it would make sense for studios in the west to set up "sister" studios in the east...

Columbus Center: RIP | Back Bay

Re: Columbus Center So technically, would the developer be able to build a tower on the remainder of Parcel 18 and 19, provide no parks and be in compliance with the master plan? I really don't see the need for a large park so close to Copley and the Gardens. Even if larger parks are...

Seaport Neighborhood - Infill and Discussion
