    Keep in mind that there are other improvements being made with the $25M, such as fixing elevators and escalators that have been out of service. But I would love to see a detailed budget for this spending.

    I wouldn't mind throwing a few bucks at someone who lets me, a grown man, jump into a ball pit. The problem is the fucking phones/cameras. But therein lies the profit - no narcissists means much less revenue. Just going and having fun without being a major douche is beyond many people.

    Backing out of a deal is a really great way to give ammunition to NIMBYs for future battles. In this particular case, I don't really care all that much. But in general, enabling developers to pull something off the table after construction starts is a really bad idea.
