Listen, I use to take the T into town (111,116,117, 112). When I took the 112 and the bridge went up, it did take 40 mins from the point the bus sat idle to the min we crossed the bridge...so i dont appreciate your comment towards me.
most smart people will head towards Rt1A from eastern ave.
Unfortunately, the MBTA (112) decides to wait until that god awful bridge goes up and down, which takes about 40 mins.
Nothing new. MB has always expressed an interest in further developing their land. If this goes through, the area is going to be soo congested when you take in consideration the projects already approved at the Chelsea/Everett city line (which includes the Chelsea Clock, Old Harley Davidson site...
not sure if it has been posted, but i received a txt from the MBTA about the underground passage way to back bay station being re-opened in june (8th i think was the exact day).

Chelsea city councilors wanted to have a study of possibly having a bridge for biking/walking to Boston. It would connect Lower Broadway and Charlestown (it would follow the tobin bridge).
