Multiple concrete trucks lined up on Dalton street, is there a large pour scheduled for today, or is this just what is common place with how much concrete is going to be used for this building?

Crazy! I love that the car lot site has been re-developed, place was abysmal. I would always stand right in front of Liberty for the St. Patty's Day parade every year for as long as I can remember.

I know the conversation has occurred multiple times for this project, but something about it is growing one me as it develops. I've been seeing the progress slowly happening. I guess the excitement is more about how well this type of restoration is going to be executed.

Yea that website couldn't get much worse then it is. The big thing that struck me was the odd font they chose for the header of the homepage. I believe Jason Fane is the founder of the 45 Charles Ltd. stakeholder/developer of the site.

I noticed them boxing out the brick towards the end of last week, is this just a precautionary measure to protect the brick edge?

Re: T construction news Was just on the red line north on my way to work and noticed the bridge just south of Savin hill T stop that theyve been working on has been sealed off. I remember seeing the question here awhile back about repair or remove. Guess there no need for it anymore after all.

I feel like urban markets are completely different than the suburban market.
