    It's a bit odd. I'm not against it, but it feels a bit premature. I think if it had a lot more planters and a sculpture it would be great. I bike down that street all the time, so I'm very happy for the overall traffic calming and the dedicated bike lane.

    I don't think that is correct. The kitchens are shared. Everyone gets their own bathroom.
