No more and more food needs to be sourced locally. The reliance on food from all around the world is only possible with the usage of tremendous amounts off cheep energy (only possible with fossil fuels). We need to make drastic cuts in fossil fuel usage to have any chance of not wiping ourselves...

you are crazy, seriously crazy, if you like 33 arch over this. Also the first of those pics really exemplifies why the TJ Max and garage need to be redeveloped. Does 33 Arch make that impossible?

This will be a dramatic improvement. I really hope they keep their promise of housing the current residents if not My allegiances will turn very quickly against this.

And this is Why the seaport (despite having pretty horrible architecture and skyline) will actually work. Ultimately street level is the most important.
