Oh. Gross. It'd be nice if they picked something that would fill in the skyline a bit better for that location. Eastgate is no architectural marvel but it's silhouette has definitely carved out a recognizable part of the skyline.

Yeah, I think it's the rounded corners and non-straight lines of the Adobe that makes it look disney-esque. But it's quite "real". I really want to go someday. How is the public transportation? Can you get around without a car? One thing I've hated about the western cities is how car-centric...

I'm just gonna mention... construction labor costs are cheaper in the south because they have more immigrant labor. I think New England zoning and regulations are a huge burden but we also have less people willing to do heavy physical labor on the cheap.

Towns/cities really need to look at easing requirements for the sake of letting housing be built. Like you know, try to naturally bring down prices.

What needs to happen is more housing near jobs so people can just walk to work. Traffic in and around Boston is hideous because a ridiculous amount of people have to drive in from suburbs to get to their jobs. The whole region seriously needs to just loosen outdated zoning regulations that...
